Our range of small‑diameter abrasive tools includes products from Ø50 mm to Ø80 mm, designed for professional cutting, finishing and deburring applications on stainless steel.

The wheels are mainly manufactured in a flat configuration, with the exception of the Ø76 mm version, which is also available in a depressed‑centre design for specific application and operational requirements.

The line is available in different thicknesses and hole configurations, ensuring maximum compatibility with various types of machine tools and industrial processes.

These tools are used on straight or horizontal grinders, whether electric or pneumatic, always selecting the product according to the permitted operating speed and the operational characteristics of the machine in use.

All products in the range are designed to operate at a peripheral speed of 80 m/s and in compliance with the EN 12413 standard relating to the safety of bonded abrasive tools.

Thanks to their compact dimensions and high manoeuvrability, this range is particularly suitable for cutting and deburring operations in hard‑to‑reach areas, allowing precise work even in confined spaces or on complex geometries.

CUTTING — Technical Specifications

Abrasive wheels with thicknesses from 1.0 mm to 4.0 mm are manufactured with a double external fibreglass reinforcement mesh, a solution that ensures high mechanical strength, operational stability and safety during use.

These tools are specifically designed for cutting operations in hard‑to‑reach areas or wherever precision, manoeuvrability and process control are required.

The range is suitable for cutting:

  • sheets
  • profiles
  • tubes
  • bars
  • solid materials

DEBURRING — Technical Specifications

Abrasive wheels with a thickness greater than 4.0 mm are specifically designed for deburring, grinding and finishing operations on ferrous materials or stainless steel.

These tools are manufactured with a double external fibreglass reinforcement mesh and an additional internal layer, a configuration that ensures high mechanical strength, structural stability and reliability in the most demanding applications.

The range is used in the following operations:

  • refining weld beads
  • beveling
  • edge beveling
  • deburring

Thanks to their compact dimensions and specific construction design, these wheels are particularly suitable for operations in hard‑to‑reach areas, ensuring operational precision and process control even on complex geometries.

The different thickness configurations allow the wheel to be adapted to the type and section of the material being processed, optimising cutting precision, execution speed and the reduction of residual burrs.

Upon specific request, abrasive wheels can be manufactured in different thicknesses and hardness grades to meet particular application needs and specific processing conditions.
