The hardness grade and the careful selection of raw materials make these products suitable for both cutting and deburring iron as well as for processing stainless steel.

All products in this line operate at a peripheral speed of 80 m/s, in full compliance with EN 12413.

CUTTING — Technical Specifications

Cut‑off wheels are available in thicknesses ranging from 1.0 mm to 3.2 mm and are manufactured with two fibreglass reinforcement layers.
They are suitable for cutting:

sheets
profiles
gratings
solid materials

The choice of wheel thickness must be appropriate for the section of the material to be cut.
In particular, wheels with thicknesses of 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm and 1.6 mm ensure a precise and clean cut, with minimal burr formation, on thin sheets and profiles.

DEBURRING — Technical Specifications

Deburring and grinding wheels have a thickness of 7.0 mm.
They are manufactured with two external fibreglass reinforcement layers and one internal layer, ensuring strength and safety during use.

These wheels are ideal for removing welding residues and for cleaning edges, corners and fusion crusts.

Upon request, the products in this line can be manufactured with customised thicknesses and hardness grades, according to the customer’s specific requirements.
