The reinforced special abrasive wheels are manufactured with a double external reinforcement cloth and designed to operate at a peripheral speed of 80 m/s. They are intended for use on fixed cutting machines equipped with sufficient power to ensure the correct operating speed required by the abrasive wheel.

Production is carried out through a careful selection of high‑quality raw materials, such as premium abrasive grains and high‑performance resin bonds. This meticulous choice ensures excellent stainless‑steel cutting performance, delivering precise operations free from burrs and without any burning.

The reinforced structure with a double external cloth also provides greater lateral resistance during cutting operations, ensuring reliability, stability and safety in particularly demanding applications.

The standard hardness grades available are A80P and A60P.

The wheels comply with the EN 12413 standard.

Upon customer request, and for specific processing requirements, it is possible to supply wheels with customised diameters and hardness grades.
