The cutting wheels, with thicknesses ranging from 1.0 mm to 3.2 mm, are manufactured with a double external reinforcement mesh and are used for cutting operations on the following materials:

• sheets
• profiles
• gratings
• solid materials

The thickness of the wheel must always be appropriate for the section of the material being processed. For this reason, wheels with thicknesses of 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm and 1.6 mm are particularly suitable for cutting thin sheets, profiles and small solid sections, ensuring minimal burr formation and greater cutting precision.

Wheels with greater thicknesses are ideal for cutting gratings and solid materials with a higher section.

Each tool must be mounted on suitable grinders, in accordance with the wheel diameter and the required operating speed.
